This morning Shelly Schultz, Manager of Learning and Talent Development at Hormel Foods, met with us to talk about inclusivity and trust. She led us through a Trusted Ten activity that helps us to learn and grow in how we work with others. She talked about celebrating and valuing every member of the group because each person brings something to the table. Additionally she shared about the way we view products and interact with customers in order to give them the best experience. Shelly always pushes our students to think at the next level and really opens their eyes to new perspectives!
