Samantha Sheldon

About Me

Hello, I am Samantha Sheldon, daughter of Kathie and Scott Sheldon. I am a senior
at Austin High School. I am a captain of the gymnastics and the cheerleading teams.
I have been in gymnastics for twelve years and cheerleading for three. I have been
working at the YMCA for three years. At the YMCA I teach gymnastics, I run birthday
parties, and I work a day care program in the summer. Having a job at the YMCA has
taught me many things. It has taught me timeliness and how to work with kids. It
has also taught me how to problem solve. If something doesn’t work out for
teaching, I have to come up with different ways to teach. I am very excited for CEO
because you have to problem solve and you communicate with peers.
