Friday morning Peggy Young met with us to go through the Strengths Finder. Our students completed this assessment and now were able to analyze their strengths and how they can bring this to the group. They were also able to see and strengths of those on their team. This is all incredibly helpful for them to understand how they work as a group and how being well rounded benefits them all. During the process of the class business these reminders will be critical as they evaluate how they push to the end. Peggy encouraged the students to think about what gives them great results and that they enjoy as well. This will help drive them in what they do now and in the future.

We were also excited to welcome Mike Finger, the new Executive Director of Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship, to our class. He shared a bit of his story and had time to hear insights from the students. We appreciate Mike spending the morning with us!
