Dr. Overby and his staff met with us this morning at Overby Orthodontics. Many of our students have visited Overby Orthodontics for their orthodontic needs, but today they got to learn a lot more about the business aspect. Dr. Overby shared that he became interested in dentistry at a young age as his dad was a dentist. He went to dental school for four years and then orthodontics school for two more years. He served in the Navy for three years before he took over his current practice.
Students were able to tour the office and learn about many aspects of the business.
