This morning we met with Tyler Hoff, McKenzie Mullen-Burkart, and Cody(chief comfort officer) at Worlein Hoff Funeral Home. Worlein Hoff has been in the Austin community since 1940’s and has additional locations in Blooming Prairie, Iowa, and they own the crematory in Austin.

A few key points:

- They work with families through the full process from the end of life, navigating decisions between cremation and burial, planning the service, and overall support.
- Their focus is on helping people which is important during emotional times for families.
- They offer supports after the services are all complete which help the family with some of the logistical items connected to someone’s passing.
- Cody, their chief comfort officer, is present to support families and is just an extra added touch.
- They host some community events such Day of the Dead as a way to stay involved and support the community!

The personal touches Worlein Hoff adds sets them apart and really supports their customers at the highest level! Thank you to Tyler and his team for a fantastic visit and continued investment in the CEO Program!
