Friday morning we were able to meet with Jacinth Smiley, Chief Financial Officer of Hormel Foods. She shared her story of growing up in a very small town in Jamaica of less than 1000 people and recognized the power of that community and how people took care of each other. Hearing about her journey and the resiliency she experienced as she navigated her transition to the US empowers students to see that hard work and dedication pay off. Jacinth shared about her many career steps. We are grateful for her time and connection the CEO Program.
