This morning we met with Jim Snee, CEO of Hormel Foods. This company started in Austin and has grown to a worldwide company employing around 20,000 individuals. Jim always does a great job of engaging the students right away and having a conversational visit while sharing his experiences, but also putting them on the spot to share their experiences in our program. Jim shared about culture and feedback and how these two areas will matter greatly in our students future as well!
