This morning we were able to tour the YMCA at ACRC with Diane Baker, Executive Director, and Addie Mathias, Member Engagement Coordinator. Students asked a variety of questions that allowed them to understanding the inner workings of the YMCA and how their daily operations work. They also enjoyed the slide and gymnastics area!

Diane offered great advice to our students including:

- You learn so much by doing jobs and having the hands on experience. There is a lot of learning that takes place in the moment.

- Always ask questions, it’s the main way you will learn. It shows people that you are wanting to learn more and want to grow.
