Friday morning we met with Nick Haidar and Brian Wahlstrom at HyVee. They shared about their motto, where there’s a helpful smile in every aisle, and how this impacts the way they approach customers every day. They do their best to help people and keep lines short! They have about 55,000 items in their store, so they have to know the inventory well and make sure they are staying on top of when to order. Students also learned ab the recall process and how the store handle situations to keep the customer safe. HyVee offers training to their employees and ways to empower them to grow and develop within the company. It was a great morning and we appreciate the time and investment from HyVee!
