This morning Peggy Young met with us to go through our Strengths Finder results. Our students completed this assessment a few weeks ago and now were able to analyze their strengths and how they can bring this to the group. They were also able to see and strengths of those on their team. This is all incredibly helpful for them to understand how they work as a group and how being well rounded benefits them all. Peggy encouraged the students to think about what gives them great results and that they enjoy as well. This will help drive them in what they do now and in the future. She gave many great insights as to how to maximize on your strengths as you move through life.
