Today students learned about different leadership styles and how those apply to them personally. After completing an inventory, they worked in groups to attempt placing Pringles into a freestanding circle. They were broken up by their leadership styles and were able to debrief as a full class after the activity. It is great watching them navigate new situations and realizing why they might approach different challenges the way they do.
